Services may evolve over time and may include:

• EV pricing insights
• Market trend monitoring
• Alerting systems
• Confidence scoring
• Historical market tracking
• Dealer or consumer intelligence tools
• Battery or residual value insights

Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

2. No Professional Advice

MotoIQ does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Mechanical certification
• Legal advice
• Insurance advice
• Vehicle warranty guarantees

Any decisions made using MotoIQ are solely your responsibility.

3. Accuracy of Information

MotoIQ relies partly on:

• Public data
• Third-party sources
• Automated systems
• User-submitted information
• Market observations

We do not guarantee that information is:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Reliable
• Error-free

Market conditions, pricing, vehicle availability and EV battery conditions may change rapidly.

4. User Responsibilities

• Not misuse, scrape, disrupt or reverse engineer the platform
• Not attempt unauthorised access

All MotoIQ content, branding, software, visual systems, models, datasets, insights, workflows and platform materials are owned by MotoIQ or its licensors.

6. Accounts

If accounts are enabled:

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or suspicious activity

7. Platform Availability

MotoIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Beta Features & Experimental Intelligence

• Early Access

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoIQ is not liable for:

• Vehicle purchasing decisions

• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of MotoIQ is at your own risk.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MotoIQ harmless from claims, damages or liabilities arising from:
